The food was especially good and the sole reason we opted to stay there again
"Subject: Unacceptable Experience at [Property Name] - Prepayment and Rate Discrepancy Dear Ms.Lee I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at [Property Name], booked through your portal. Despite being a loyal customer for many years, I faced unacceptable treatment upon arrival. The property demanded 100% payment before checking in, despite my prepayment of ₹25,000 online. The front desk refused room access until full payment was made, leaving me feeling humiliated and treated like a defaulter. Further investigation revealed a significant rate discrepancy. Rooms in the same category were available for the same date at 45% lower rates. This discovery compounded my feelings of being cheated. I request your intervention to address these concerns: 1. Clarification on prepayment policies 2. Explanation for rate disparity 3. Compensation for the difference in rates 4.
